Let's do this!!

Hello again!  I am so excited that we have had some postings on the blog. When you get a chance, please read them and post your comments (positive and encouraging only).  Up until now, those who have posted their writings are students that are in the after school program.  I am looking forward to this being a vehicle to showcase the wonderful things that our students at Guyan Valley Middle School accomplish.  I am proud to be a GVMS Wildcat and I believe in each and every one of our students!  Until next time... Happy Blogging!!

Movie Review

                              PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 3
When  Katie finds a new friend, Denis, her step-father worries about her safety.  So, when ‘Toby’ (Katie’s new friend) begins to make odd noises, Denis sets up cameras around the house to find out what’s going on. Toby begins to hurt Kristie, Katie’s older sister, and somebody has to do something! Will Katie keep her promise? Or will she make a big mistake? Her family’s lives depend on it.
I really liked this movie, and the plot is full of twists. I recommend this movie for mature audiences only.

TV Show Review

Spongebob Squarepants
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? Who is yellow and is the shape of a square? You should know by now-- it is SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS! SpongeBob lives in the ocean blue with his pals Patrick, Squidward, Mr.Krabs, and Sandy. My favorite thing about SpongeBob is his laugh. He has the reddest cheeks that are as rosy as Santa Claus'. Mr. Krabs is really cheap and Squidward likes to play the clarinet with a nasty reed. Patrick sits under his rock that is steady while SpongeBob runs to work yelling “I’m ready!”
I would recommend this show for any age. The children would like it for the Sponge and, the adults like it for its great humor!
